Some comments from staff who work here
“I Love it, it’s very rewarding and I feel really at home here, I should have done this job 10 years ago! The residents and staff are really friendly. It’s just brilliant! I would definitely recommend working here.” Emma
“I’ve been here 10 years, before that I hopped from job to job so that says a lot about this place. The Lodge has got some great staff but the Residents always come first for me. I do my utmost and all I can for the guys and girls. I can say without a doubt it is heartfelt and fulfilling.” Mal
