Trustees
Trustees are those appointed to be responsible for controlling the management, administration and work of The Lodge Trust on behalf of its beneficiaries.
The Lodge Trust has 7 trustees.
Trustees:

Ensure the charity is carrying out the purpose for which it was set up and the public benefit

Comply with the charity’s governing document and the law

Plan for the charity going forward in what it needs to achieve

Manage the charity’s resources

Ensure the charity is accountable

Explain, as necessary, how the charity’s activities are intended to further or support its purpose

Act in the charity’s best interests at all times
