Trustees 

Trustees are those appointed to be responsible for controlling the management, administration and work of The Lodge Trust on behalf of its beneficiaries.
The Lodge Trust has 7 trustees.

Trustees:

  • Ensure the charity is carrying out the purpose for which it was set up and the public benefit
  • Comply with the charity’s governing document and the law
  • Plan for the charity going forward in what it needs to achieve
  • Manage the charity’s resources
  • Ensure the charity is accountable
  • Explain, as necessary, how the charity’s activities are intended to further or support its purpose
  • Act in the charity’s best interests at all times
