Residential Living Support Worker

Hours: Permanent roles – 20, 35 or 40 hours/week (includes evenings and weekends)
Pay: £12.21 per hour (from age 21)

Support our residents in their daily lives with kindness, consistency and professionalism. A varied and rewarding care role that makes a real impact.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide personal and practical care
  • Contribute to care planning and reviews
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming home environment
  • Work closely with management and support staff

Requirements:

  • Experience or interest in LD care
  • NVQ2 or Care Certificate (or willingness to train)
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
  • Team-focused and values-driven
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
