Job type: Full-time, 40 hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (+ callout rota)

Salary:  £29,324

Reports to: Facilities Manager
Location: Market Overton, Rutland

About the Role
The Lodge Trust provides Christian support for adults with learning disabilities, helping each individual grow in confidence, independence and personal fulfilment.

We are seeking a Site Maintenance Worker to help maintain a safe, functional and welcoming environment across our unique rural site.

This is a hands-on role involving a range of general maintenance, repairs, safety checks and grounds-related tasks. You will work both independently and as part of a small team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the site while being mindful of the needs of adults with learning disabilities who live and work here.

Your work will directly contribute to resident's wellbeing, staff effectiveness and the overall presentation and stewardship of The Lodge Trust site.
