People Operations & Reception Administrator

 
Hours: Full-time 40 hours Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £27,404 per annum
Reports to: HR & Operations Lead

LocationThis is an onsite role working at our beautiful location in the village of Market Overton, Rutland.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive People Operations & Reception Administrator to join our team. This role combines front-of-house reception with essential administrative support across our HR and training functions.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents and staff, while also supporting the smooth running of our people processes, maintaining accurate workforce records and coordinating staff training and communication.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys a varied role and working with people.
