Diplomas 

All our support and care staff are offered the opportunity to complete a diploma in adult care. 

The level of diploma will depend on your role and completion of the diploma leads to a salary increase.

We use ARC for our diplomas, but we have in-house assessors to support and check your work throughout the course. 

If you increase your level of responsibility within the organisation, you will be supported to continue with a higher level of diploma.
