Joining our Team

Are you considering joining our team? We are looking for committed, caring people who share our values of teamwork, integrity and excellence.

We are very proud of our 20 acres of beautiful grounds and vibrant community. With a team of over 65 staff and volunteers, we provide a safe and stimulating living environment for 30 adults with learning disabilities who have chosen to live in a community with a Christian ethos. We support them in every aspect of their lives, whether at home, at work or in their social, recreational and spiritual lives.

Our Christian ethos underpins all we do. Some leadership roles carry a genuine occupational requirement to be a practicing Christian but what we ask of all our team members is to be in sympathy with this ethos and respect the way our residents wish to be supported.

Our staff are highly trained and valued members of our team and we work hard to provide our residents with the very best in residential living, social and therapeutic activities and creative enterprises. We also believe our staff team should be well rewarded, have every opportunity to train and to develop their careers and receive great support.
So please read on, and I hope you’ll find the information you need to guide your decision.

If you think a role at the Lodge might suit you, why have a look at our current job vacancies and/or ring  01572 767234 for an informal chat.
